If you reside in the State of Illinois and need a document notarized, please call our office at 815-886-4488 to set up an appointment with our Notary Public Specialist. Anyone needing a document notarized will need to bring a current, valid, government or State of Illinois I.D. that has your photo.  An expired I.D. will not be accepted. Important information regarding Notary Public Services. If you have a document that needs to be notarized, it  CAN NOT be signed prior to your appointment. If  the document has been signed prior to your appointment, the document will not be notarized. All documents must be signed by the signed in front of our Notary Public Specialist. Our agency does not accept a Power of Attorney signature. The above laws are State of Illinois Notary Public laws and we comply with all State of Illinois laws, without any exception(s).
